If you are looking to join a bookclub you’ve come to the right place! We have several bookclubs, all focusing on different genres:
- SF/Fantasy ( Dutch/English speaking)
- Fictional Literature (Dutch speaking)
- All Genres (English speaking)
- Adventure / Thriller / Crime (Dutch speaking)

May 2008, we started our first book club with a group of 8 people. Because of the high amount of interest we now have 4 book clubs running.
The book club costs Euro 5,- per evening, if you buy the book for the next meeting that evening the book club is free of charge (not including drinks).
We used our first meeting to get te know each other and to find out what reasons there were to join the bookclub.
The overall reasons were,
- reading other books / authors than you would normally read;
- having people to discuss the book with;
- having an ‘obligation’, so you actually do make time to read.
We decided to get together once every six weeks, starting at 20:30
After every discussion we will pick a different book, everyone is free to suggest a book.
